Delivery and Returns

 Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days (Mon - Fri). Our standard UK delivery time is 2-3 working days following the dispatch date.We are also pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders above £50.National orders below this value will have a £4.99 fee.

RETURNS

 We hope that you love your order! However, if you change your mind, we have a FREE 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note, if your item fails to meet these return requirements, your refund will be capped at half of the item cost. 

To return your item, please contact us at mindsetcircle@gmail.com. Our team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return label first, will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right.

We cannot accept any claims for damaged or faulty items after 14 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS

We take time to inspect the return, in order to determine whether the return requirements have been met. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method and you will receive an email confirmation once this has happened. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
